FAQs: OTHER
Can I attend the show if I am not an exhibitor?
Absolutely! We recommend guests to join us between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to experience the show and participate in our silent auction. We kindly ask that you refrain from intervening with judging; feel free to find an exhibitor or show staff to ask questions about the show or judging process. Admissions and parking are free.
Will there be live poultry and/or poultry-related items for sale at the show?
There will be a silent auction held during the show that includes both live poultry and poultry-related items. In previous years, this auction has included pairs and trios of high-quality breeding birds, various poultry eqipment, transportation boxes, books, antiques, and much more. We will also have multiple vendors attending the show but cannot guarantee the vendors or items that will be available.
How can I reserve a space in the vendors area at the show?
Space for vendors will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Those wishing to set up a booth or sell items other than live birds may locate indoors if space allows. Other vendors will be provided space under the pavillion located directly behind the show barn.
Will food and/or concessions be available?
We are arranging for a food vendor to join us this year. There are also multiple lunch options in a short driving distance from the show barn. Coffee will be available free of charge Saturday morning.
